i've been feeling very anxious about work lately. why?

A women, perhaps a goddess, lies in a body of water. She is surrounded by winged, golden fish, who seem to be her guardians. Though the fish appear gentle and peaceful now, I feel like they'd transform into massive, intimidating beasts if anything threatened their goddess. My eye is most drawn to the fish in this card.
